Two of UK rap’s biggest players, Dave and Stormzy, link up for potent cut ‘Clash’, the first offering from Dave’s upcoming sophomore album. 

The London spitters have been, perhaps, the biggest break-out stars from the new era of UK rap, gaining high profile individual accolades and unleashing powerhouse performances on some of the biggest stages. Both dropped critically acclaimed albums in 2019; Dave’s ‘PSYCHODRAMA’ is a meticulous and introspective bundle of vivid narratives, whilst Stormzy’s ‘Heavy Is The Head’ garnered love from the UK mainstream for its seamless blend of genre and texture. 

The two heavyweights link up here for a throwback offering, with the influence of grime apparent in the atmospheric instrumental. The pair go head to head with laidback, supremely crafted flows, effortlessly flexing their lyrical prowess and array of razor sharp delivery. 

Our first glimpse of what Dave has been cooking up since his Mercury Award, we wait with baited breath for the 23rd July, when ‘We’re All Alone In This Together’ will be gifted to our ears.
