Timeless

R&B singer Vince Godson brings all the feels with his latest track ‘Timeless’, a deeply reflective track that voices a realistic outlook on life. It’s got the late-night vibe about it. The delicate vocals and synthy feel are all immersed into one sound, it’s this beautifully cohesive production. However, I don’t necessarily mean it showcases synthesizers in production, as it’s real in instrumentalism, but more in a sense of the entrancing aura it delivers.

A track that narrates how love can be draining and distorted, ‘Timeless’ is raw and paints a reality that is relatable to many; taking on an approach that is smooth and relaxing on a whole new level. The Los Angeles artist certainly is new on my radar and I’m glad that I came across him, as I’m a big fan of Aftertheparty and K. Forest - I would say Vince Godson falls into a similar genre because of its Lo-fi and chilled R&B style, rather than an artist that enjoys over-singing or holding on those runs to show their vocal ability. If you want a chilled one to end the night, this is that tune.
