Detroit’s underground hip-hop veteran Ta'Raach, now known as LOVETURL, returns with "Shine," produced by Shafiq Husayn of SaRa Creative Partners. Ta'Raach, also known as Terrell McMathis, has worked with notable artists like J Dilla and Big Tone, and his journey from Erie, PA, to Detroit, MI, and then to Los Angeles, CA, is a testament to his resilience and creative evolution.

Starting as Lacksi-Daisy-Cal in Lansing, MI, Ta'Raach became a central figure in the local hip-hop scene. His experiences with RJ Rice and Detroit techno influenced his style significantly. Despite industry setbacks, he founded Earth Angel Records and released "Re: Lacks, Vol. 1." "Shine" is a mature, reflective track that signals Ta'Raach's continuous relevance and sets the stage for his upcoming full-length project this winter.
