Purpose

Melbourne-based beatsmith Fdluxx comes through with his first single of 2023, hosting Verbz and B-ahwe for a chilling new tune entitled ‘Purpose’. It’s an international link-up the producer has had in his sights for a while, and with bags of replay value, it’s sure to stick around even longer.

Fdluxx has seen a big year already, with BBC Introducing Hereford & Worcester selecting him as a featured artist and a stint in London introducing him to some of our underground greats.

‘Purpose’ is a pensive track to say the least. Both High Focus’ Verbz and B-ahwe (aka the “trip-hop Kate Bush”) lend their introspection and intoxicating sheen to a crisp instrumental from Fdluxx himself. 

We could spend our time searching for solutions and resolutions, but at the end of the day, nothing is truly certain and our purpose may never be found. However, it seems as though Fdluxx has found a clear purpose: producing beats for the best. Tune in and find out for yourself.
