BackRoad Gee releases visuals for ‘Nyege Lewa’ featuring South London’s very own Ms Banks.

The song is one of the tracks off of his mixtape ‘Reporting Live (From the Back of the Roads) which contains 18 songs and has a running time of 52min and 3sec.

Nyege Lewa is an Ivory Coast saying which roughly translates to Lust and Beautiful which was revealed in a past interview with Apple Music. The tempo is easy and chilled, sampled from Magic System Premiere Gaou, a Afro-pop group from the Ivory Coast.

Ms Banks comes in sweetly with a melodic tone asking her love interest if he can please her, she smoothly transitions into rapping bars but we hardly notice, her voice still like honey. BackRoad Gee’s flow and bars are unique as he keeps coming back to the theme of the song, questioning if the affection is genuine and if she can hang.
