Providing a smooth, feel-good vibe, underground linchpin Kea returns to drop off his latest release 'Bass String'. The track is driven by Kea's distinctive soundscape, one that has already connected with an audience beyond his hometown of Birmingham.

In usual Kea-fashion the production (Off Key, Daniel Lawrence & Slater Bailey) blends genres moulded to his evolving aesthetic. This same combination of creatives naturally approached the release creating the vibe together in the studio, something that some artists have had difficulty with courtesy of Covid restrictions.

Building on the soothing audio, Kea also released a captivating animated music video to accompany the release. Created by Lil Saucy Knuckles, the video ticks boxes for those craving new Kea, with the alluring video fitting perfectly with the song follows Kea's mind as it is on paper.

With lockdown restrictions loosening up, Kea will no doubt be performing Bass Strings at a showcase sometime soon!
