Fresh, innovative and uplifting, Robin Knightz is back with bouncy new cut It’s About Time.

Robin has had a turbulent but inspiring story to the point. With a childhood split between the bustling business of city life and the solemn silence of growing up on a farm, Robin witnessed perspective and hustle from a young age. She struggled with her hearing throughout her childhood which sadly led to deafness, until an operation led to her regaining her hearing, developing a new level of gratitude for music. 

Returning for her third single of the year, It’s About Time is a cut indwelling to the past, present and future. Instrumentally, it’s a straight up 80s pop rager, with vibrant synths and pacey percussion the foundation for Robin to unravel a tale of heartbreak and ambiguity. The video, directed by previous collaborator Rebekah Creative, is a futuristic and entertaining visual that sees Robin don crazy outfits and vibe out to the tune.
