One of the most irresistible artists in modern R&B, Etta Bond defies convention in all the best ways on new cut ‘How Could I Forget You’.

The London based singer-songwriter is a veteran in the UK scene; known and loved for her show-stopping vocality, brazen self-empowerment and diverse style. Etta has collaborated with an incredible concoction of British talent, linking up with the likes Wretch 32, A2 and Big Smoke himself Skepta to establish her name within the rap game as well as the R&B/Soul field. 

The new single is somewhat of a return to the sound from which she first garnered acclaim, paying homage to her R&B roots with this subtly majestic effort. Etta writes with the kind of refreshing honesty that is damningly scarce in the image-obsessed society that we live in. The narrative follows Etta’s journey through a relationship; from discovering her uncompromising love for the subject, to the eventual heartbreak that is so deftly relatable to our love-struck species. Fred Cox takes care of production, and does an excellent job of ensuring Etta’s vivid narrative comes to life sonically.
