Brighton’s Nokia Mansion edge ever-closer to a debut album with their second single of the year ‘Forgot Your Name’. 

Made up of emcee Bador, vocalist Sly Fieri and producer hxrlxy, the trio took the scene by storm with their debut single ‘Nokia Low’ back in 2019, amassing over 500,000 plays on Spotify to date and receiving playtime on BBC Radio 6- it is one to check out if you somehow haven’t already. 

Now, off the back of selling out shows and chipping teeth, we have another short single to imbue the reckless behaviour. ‘Forgot Your Name’ is less boppy than this year’s previous release ‘Dennis’ but is still equally repeatable; Bador’s verse really takes centre stage here. 

I have a sneaky suspicion their album (whenever it may appear) will be called ‘Wurld Peace’ as that is the name of their website, but I wouldn’t take that as gospel. For those unfamiliar with Nanshen’s steez though, there are plenty of singles around to get you well acquainted in time.
