West London rapper Rushy comes through with cold new track Detroit Way. Rushy, born in Hayes, is looking like one of the new generation of UK rapper’s set to make that next step up.

Last year he released singles Lockdown and No Brakes. In 2020 he released the 7 part EP Stress 3, which featured other Straight3 members RomyJo and Rolian.

Listening to Detroit Way, Rushy is charismatic and confident on the bouncy beat produced by Q Theory. It’s a vibe as he smoothly sweet talks the gyaldem with effect on the mic, then with a nonchalant flow calls out the fakes and all the people who cap.
