Reasonwhy

East London musician, Careless is back with two-track EP, Reasonwhy. The EP is an ode to the decades that have inspired his creativity as he incorporates the UKG bounce of early 2000s flag bearers such as So Solid Crew or Daniel Bedingfield, alongside visuals that complement the vitality of 1970s New York. The accompanying video premiered on Loudhouse.

Speaking on the release, Careless said:

“This gem was some uninspired fun I made for no particular reason lol. As I’m entering into a space of consistency and freedom, I’m also learning to trim the fat and follow my gut frequency! With that said, more music soon come.”

Careless brings forth self-assured and tunefully melodic rap as he reflects profoundly about an old flame. Laid-back vocals give way to inward-looking rhymes that embody the levels of intimacy we've come to expect from Careless; all delivered in his typically nonchalant fashion.
