Fast-rising UK rapper DA REAL3ST has made his return with new single ‘BET’ alongside Sona.

Arriving with visuals directed by Jack Whitfield, the track was produced by TRTheProducer who has previously worked with the likes of IAMDDB, AJ Tracey, Abra Cadabra and M Huncho. The release follows on the back of DA REAL3ST’s previous hits ‘NO COMPLACENCY’ and ‘NO FEMALES’, with all three tracks appearing on his newly released debut mixtape, LOVE OR RIVALRY.

North London born, south London raised, and with Nigerian heritage and time spent living in both Nigeria and America, DA REAL3ST’s sound captures various elements of hip-hop, drill, afrobeats and R&B as heard on ‘BET’. The track highlights perfectly his smooth flow and impressive penmanship – with his gift for catchy melodies and toplines evident throughout the track. And with Sona also adding his own flair to the song, ‘BET’ has all the necessary ingredients to be another hit for the two London talents. 

Speaking further on the release, DA REAL3ST commented:

“‘BET’ is a song about the contrast between grinding hard and the effects it could have on your personal/love life. I wanted to show versatility within my style and also within drill. Drill can be fun and does not always have to be so serious.”

With another impressive track to add to his growing discography, it’s clear DA REAL3ST has a huge future ahead. And the exciting thing is, he’s only really just getting started.
