Attraction

18 year old Texas-native Grace Sorensen has burst onto the scene with her dazzling new track ‘Attraction’, which was written by pulling from real life experiences, filled with synths and soft moments of electronica.

Sorensen, from a young age, found that she loved being on stage and performing. After discovering that she wanted to create music and surround herself with musicians, she studied for two years at The Austin School of Performing and Visual Arts and found connections with vocal coaches Laurie Winckel and Ronnie Hall. She released her debut single ‘Tell Me’ in early 2020 and is back a year later with the powerful ‘Attraction’.

Speaking on the new track, Sorensen says:

“‘Attraction’ is a song that I hope serves as a reminder to all individuals that the power to achieve things is within you. The lyrics in the chorus pretty much sum up what I was trying to verbalise. ‘It’s the law of attraction, pick your paradise, it’s magic - the maps inside your mind. ’Trust your process, your timing, your work, and worth. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it’.”

The visuals show Sorensen in-front of a huge temple, showing off her graciousness but also mixing in her dancing background with sleek choreography. The new single has definitely shown that Grace Sorensen is one to watch in 2021.
