DJ Klipa is one of the most influential urban club DJs in the United Kingdom. From a young age, Klipa collected vinyl’s before owning a pair of decks. From 12 he would use his neighbours turntables to hone his craft that allowed him to develop a unique style of DJ'ing. Once comfortable, Klipa began exploring various genres of music such House, Hip Hop, R&B, UK Garage and Grime. It was in 2009 when Klipa’s speciality grew within the House genre focusing on UK Funky and Deep minimal sounds.
When Klipa started higher education in Leicester, he began to come into his own league which lead to him sharing the stage with hosts such as Mr Silva, Ramzee, Fatz, Brimes Funky Dee, Alizee and many others. Klipa began his own mixtapes series called “Klipa’s House" which spawned into Volumes 1,2,3,4 & 5. This saw his fan base and supporters increase and strengthen in numbers with his audience now able to enjoy his mixes at their leisure.
As the youngest member of the collective Stormparties, Klipa’s commitment and love for DJing has been seen all over the country in places such as Birmingham, Hertfordshire, London, Leicester, Coventry, Leeds, Northampton, Colchester, Warwickshire, Hertfordshire, Derby and Nottingham. He has also played at many of the leading venues and promotions such as Stamina Parties, The Pit London, Ministry of Sound, JUJU, Chelsea, The Mayfair Club, Box Park Croydon and Hyde in Kensington, headlining at many venues across the U.K. DJ Klipa is also a fixture on the radio circuit with live mixes on Radar Radio and Reprezent to name a few.
