THIS IS BOXING is a revolutionary Boxing event created with the ‘Urban Millennial Demographic’ in mind.

This Is Boxing redefines traditional boxing events to one that attracts a younger, cooler crowd by being inclusive, with a relaxed dress code, easily recognisable food and culture undertones, and very affordable ticket rates. They combine a night of live boxing matches with live musical performances from upcoming urban musicians, sets from some of Europe’s best DJs and an unorthodox comedic boxing commentary from voices recognisable within the UK Urban scene to keep their audience in attendance, and their online audience entertained all night long!

THIS IS BOXING SEASON 1 was on Sunday 17th December 2017 at the mecca of British boxing - London’s York Hall, packed with 12 action-packed fights of equally weighted opponents, all judged by professionals in and around the boxing industry such as Ex British Champion; Darren Hamilton, and the Telegraph Newspaper boxing journalist; Brooke Streatfield, with comedic boxing commentary by the 3 Shots Of Tequila Podcast. Our host for the night was Sky Sports Boxing pundit; Spencer Fearon. Musical performances from our Inaugural event included UK Urban music headliners such as FEKKY, Figure Flows & Don-E, also including performances from up and coming acts such as Yomenza, SHEF, Image God, Blacks Gambino, Klayz, OB the Author. Our DJs on the night included resident DJ of London Nightlife promotion giant ‘FADED’; DJ Shorty Bless, and North London's all-time favourite DJ; DJ Ras Elijah. And with VIP special guest appearances and spectacular urban culture infused catering, this was a jam packed entertaining night which left everyone desperate for more!

The THIS IS BOXING team is now gearing up to put on an even bigger, better event. This event will also take place at the legendary York Hall, Bethnal Green. Ranked sixth best boxing venue in the world! Over 1000 people will enter the building on 21st April 2018 for the second addition to the newest, most unique boxing event in London. With some boxers from Season 1 returning and some new boxers.
