The airy, retro vinyl synth floats along, with an adventurous bassline and modern drum kit helping to create the bittersweet overtones. The beat switches up effortlessly for the verse from Bobbie Johnson, who comes through with a verse full of imagery and wordplay, as well as an understated, authoritative performance in a vehement feature.
