Had Enough

Starting off 2020 with a sentiment of the times, ‘Had Enough’ perfectly illustrates the feelings of stagnation, regardless of optimism. The single brings together Theodor’s melodic verses with calm and candid vocals over the playful instrumental, aiding the track with its laidback piano and light percussion. 

Coming as his first single since the ethereal double-track, ‘Slow Burns / Anxiety’, the London-based artist shows a further side of his artistry adopting a lighter, more soulful sound for this release. The hook stays supplying us with a whole lot of relatability, “I know that everything's gonna be ok, but I’m sick of all this standing around - I’ve Had Enough”, Theodor manages to seep into the collective thoughts and feelings of us all.

Releasing the nostalgic visuals directed by James Williams and filmed by Moeysha Ashley, the video cuts between pre-lockdown antics from the past summer to our current in house predicaments. However, regardless of resources, the DIY-inclined artist manages to create an intriguing video with imaginative cinematography, keeping with the core of the track and making the most out of what you’ve got.
