After a period of silence, Miraa May re-emerges more impressive than ever with a brand new EP!
Last Friday the self described "Tottenham Songbird" dropped 5-track EP Care Package. The Algerian born, singer-songwriter takes inspiration from the North London streets where she grew up, from the friendships and the experiences of a life lived. The project also demonstrates a real understanding of intricate rhythm, bringing an off-kilter delivery to her soothing vocal as drums shuffle around her and she tells tales of her close circle of trust.

Having attracted the ears of legendary producer Salaam Remi (Amy Winehouse, Nas, The Fugees) through a handful of raw and soulful live performances, he went on to produce Miraa's N15 EP and the pair have formed a beautiful creative bond. Miraa released her debut project in 2016 to underground acclaim, 2 years has passed since but she now returns with her most unapologetic, frank and heartfelt collection yet.
